Detailed Nature description of project:

Several modules are separated by four component/services under this IDSDP platform, and these services have integration with other government services/software. This IDSDP system has been developed by following a micro service architecture and an automated deployment pattern. There are total 29 micro services and 9 DB services. Software details are given below.

GIS Statistic Data (BBS) Web Base and Mobile Apps:Component 1:

Project Processing, Appraisal and Management System (PPS) In PPS Software, agencies input the development projects and send them to the concerned ministry for processing. After that, projects are forwarded to the planning commission for appraisal. This appraisal process includes everything from the planning minister to the ECNEC meeting etc.

Component 2: National Plan Management System (NPM) In NPM Software, for the Five-Year Plan, ministry input is collected to prepare the development results framework (DRF), and this software also manages documentation.

Component 3: GIS Based Resource Management System (GRM) In GRM Software, ArcGIS Enterprise Advance perpetual license and software are provided and installed in their data center. From LGED, RHD, Bangladesh Railway, Water Board, BBS, DAE etc. GIS data are collected and prepared as a base map for the Planning Commission which assists PPS software for the development projects appraisal.

Component 4: Research Management System (RMS) In RMS software, individual researchers can register and submit their research proposals. Not only individual researchers but also organizations can submit their research proposals. With this software, all the submitted proposals are evaluated and nominated for research grants.This service includes the development of data entry module as required; data entry of information of scanning enrollment forms and capturing of  books information, photo  and checking with the others related information like publishing year, Author name, copies etc. Achieve total traceability for every batch of seed with inventory management – right back to the farm and field where they were produced. Guarantee regulatory conformance thanks to in-depth sample management functionality, with all required reporting, certification, and recording of analyses. Demonstrate compliance with official seed standards, using easily-accessible lab sample data analysis regarding the crop, intake, certification, and ad hoc stock checks.
